Microsoft Solitaire Collection no longer working on 8.1?

I have three Windows computers. Two are running on 8.1 and one is running on Windows 10. Today my Microsoft Solitaire Collection stopped opening up and it says this app cannot run on both my 8.1 system. The Windows 10 works fine with my Klondike solitaire. I tried to reinstall it on both 8.1 and still no way to get to work as the Xbox games is stuck on syncing for both system. Is the Microsoft Solitaire Collection coming to an end on the 8.1 system? I am looking for a solution.

After the automatic update of Windows 8 operating system to Windows 8.1 can no longer play Microsoft Solitaire Collection or Microsoft Jigsaw, how can I solve this problem?

More and more games are using Windows 10 x64 so it's time to modernize

most of the microsoft casual games have now been shut down on anything under windows 10 version so win 8 is out.

Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

With the Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud. This means you can sign in on any Windows 10 device and pick up right where you left off. The cloud even saves your progress on challenges and
achievements.

If you're also using a Windows 8 or 8.1 device, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud as well, and you can keep earning achievements and completing challenges between other Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows 10 devices.

Note Any achievements and challenges that you complete on your Windows 10 device will not be available on your Windows 8 or 8.1 devices. The Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection contains new features and challenges that aren't
