    Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Login blocked


    I created a new login and loaded microsoft store for MS Solitaire Collection, I have premium edition on iOS device 1 desktop and 1 laptop running windows 10. The solution from the game doesn't work. The email account works on my iOS device and the Laptop
    randomly work with the PC login my desktop PC is a dell XPS 8910 about 4 years old and through Dell's Support Assist is loaded with latest drivers installed.

    I purchased premium edition yesterday 12/20/2020 and still am locked out. I would like a refund for this game. Beyond the refund is there a solution to the login and score update?

    I appreciate any help you may be able to provide. Thank you
