    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Klondike level changed significantly


    The level on my Microsoft Solitaire Collection Klondike miraculously went from around 715 to over 818,000 today - Diamond Grand master 163,661. I play on both my iPad & on my HP desktop and sometimes there are sync issues when I play Rewards games - I complete a reward game on one device, but it sometimes comes up as unfinished on the other device. Not sure if this is related.

    Well it happened again the next day. I completed a reward bonus game on my desktop then later when I was on my iPad the reward bonus game showed as incomplete. I just have to press Solve to complete the game & this time I get over 4M points. My level for Klondike is now over 1.6M.

    Why do you allow Phishing advertising on your platform and in your products?

    Was the game that had the advertisement Microsoft Solitaire Collection, or was it just titled Klondike? If the game was just Klondike, then that has nothing to do with Microsoft/Xbox. Only Microsoft Solitaire Collection does. You can also report the game on the Microsoft Store page under Additional Information by selecting Report This Product.

    Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!
