Microsoft Solitaire Collection issues

Hi, each time when I launch Microsoft Solitaire Collection (MSC) my GPU/CPU usuage is high and the fans are blowing as if it is loading a heavy duty game. Also after each finished game the work load is too high. Not normal for a game like MSC. I have this problem more while playing a daily Event, than Daily Challenges, but it happens there as well.

It starts at about 5 seconds after launching MSC and if I do nothing my fans are blowing at full speed for several minutes. But when I minimize the game and right click on the desktop to click Refresh, or even click an empty space the strain on my PC quickly diminishes. Only to start again when I activate the main MSC window. It is as if my GPU/CPU is at a constant brink of going full throttle, and often it does when I finish a game.

I tried so many things to resolve this issue and nothing seems to help!

- Un- and install Nvidia GT 710

- Un- and install Xbox app, Xbox Companion, Game Bar, Identity Provider & Xbox Live

-Un- and install MSC

- wsreset

- Reduce visual effects

- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- sfc/scannow
- chkdsk /f /r c

- Create a new PC account

- Windows Repair install

- Completely reinstall Windows

Nothing helps!

Windows is fully up to date, just like my Drivers & other Software and I have no malfunctioning Hardware (no exclamation marks in Device Manager) & my Windows Security icon in the system tray of the taskbar is green.

These following Windows Services are all running, (but I do however noticed two Gaming services):

- Xbox Accessory Management Service (XboxGipSvc)

- XblAuthManager (Xbox Live Auth Manager)

- XblGameSave (Xbox Live Game Save)

- XboxNetApiSvc (Xbox Live Networking Service)

Xbox Status: "All services up and running".

These following Windows Firewall settings are allowed over a Private Network, some settings are standard also set to Public.

- Gaming Services

- Microsoft Solitaire Collection

- Microsoft Store

- Xbox

- Xbox Console Companion

- Xbox Game Bar

- Xbox Game UI

- Xbox Identity Provider

- Xbox Live Networking inbound UDP default

- Xbox TCUI

I'm logged in with my Microsoft account on my PC, and also on the Microsoft & Xbox websites and no matter what I try or do seems to help. Hence why I contact you guys hoping you can offer some assistance...
