    Microsoft solitaire collection isn't openning


    Hi, I tried to open MSolitaire Collection but nothing happened. When I uninstalled the program, using the right click on the game icon, the icon disappeared. Then I went to the on line store trying to install it again, but it says "this program is installed"
    and again, the open button doesn't work. Any help will be appreciated.

    microsoft solitaire was properly working but now it isn't opening

    I have tried installing and reinstalling microsoft solitaire collection but still it isn't opening.Why is it?

    Windows 10 ... Windows Solitaire Preview Edition? Where is the premium release edition?

    When I go to all apps from the start menu I do see an entry for Microsoft Solitaire Collection but it fails to open as well. When I select that app for uninstall, the uninstall fails. This install I believe failed several days ago. It's just now that I noticed
    the listing Microsoft Solitaire Collection above the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Preview.

    Any further thoughts? My first reaction would be to try a dirty uninstall via Regedit. Of course not preferred.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Hi, Pam.

    Based on this information, I can suggest this potential fix:

    Step 1.
    Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of your account.

    Step 2.
    Press the Windows key + I to open PC Settings > Apps & Features > Installed apps > locate the Solitaire Collection app and go to advanced settings > click on “repair” and “reset”.
    Open the Solitaire Collection app and sign out of your account if you're logged in automatically.

    Step 3.
    Restart your PC and sign in with the account that owns the Solitaire Collection subscription on both the Microsoft Store and the Solitaire Collection app.
