    Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Internet connection required


    Hi,

    Yesterday, I changed
    my email address to my Microsoft account. Since then I have been unable
    to connect to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection (MSC) on my PC. It
    says "You are not connected to the Xbox live service ..."

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled MSC. Reinstalled Microsoft store. Logged in and out of my Microsoft account, amongst others.

    When
    opening MSC a XBOX LIVE window pops up with my email and id with 2
    options Switch account and let's Play. I have clicked both but always
    end up with the same error.

    My internet connection is good and stable.

    I have same issue, trying to open the Microsoft solitaire collection live event and I am able to sign in but go to load the event and it says "internet connection required". my internet is connected and working so the tech at comcast said to check with
    you guys. frustrating.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection - "Internet connection required" eventually shows up in event box although I can access Xbox site through clicking my avatar image at top of page. No other Internet access issues. Tried the reset button for the app in settings
    but still no connection after it completed.

    Unfortunately no luck, nobody seems to know anything about these error codes 121003 and 124 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Seems to be a cloud issue. The message is no internet connection when the computer is connected.
