Microsoft solitaire collection guard duty not unlocking

For some reasons, the game refuses to give me guard duty no matter how many times I have attempted. Even though I put only 7 cards or less in a column, still it refuses to give me that achievement. I have tried those following procedures below:

1) I usually play it online.

2) I tried it at easy difficulty.

3) I made sure that I didn't put the 8th card in any columns at all.

4) I played the classic mode not daily challenges or events.

5) I tried to sign out then sign in.

6) I tried to clear data from the settings.

7) I tried to uninstall the game then reinstall it.

8) I have only one account to play with.

9) I usually play it on phone while my pc is no longer working.

10) I have sent more than one email to Microsoft casual games regarding the glitch but to no avail.

Despite trying those, none of them seem to be working. I have got the majority of the achievements, I'm 2 achievements away from 100% (Alcatraz escape and guard duty). It's not a big deal but it still doesn't make sense, I'm sure everyone has the same problem too. What am I missing or doing wrong ?

Thanks for your response, this time I submitted a ticket to Microsoft casual games to wait for the solution and I hope it will be the only last resort. Meanwhile, I have already updated the game to the latest version and then got Alcatraz escape yet I still can't get guard duty. It seems that the achievement doesn't work on phones but desktops I guess but I still appreciate your help.

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
