How to fix error 404017 in Microsoft Solitaire Collection

1. Reset Store
2. Run app troubleshooter
3. Reset the MSC to factory settings and update it
4. Run SFC and DISM
5. Update Windows
6. Reinstall the game

I am getting the same message trying to play Microsoft Solitaire collection. Have tried restarting and reloading to no avail. All other games work too.

You said I could access Xbox support via this link, but didn't provide a link.
