Microsoft Solitaire Collection for Windows 10 won't let me play

Starting a few days ago, when I launch the Solitaire Collection app it will show the initial credits/titles, and then when I get to the main screen it won't let me do anything. The game is completely nonresponsive, and over my gamer picture a ring of dots
constantly spins and there's a globe with a red x on it.

I tried resetting the store cache multiple times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice so far. All that's done is rest the Star Club to show 0 stars earned (I had 600 before it was uninstalled) and my bronze medal for challenges no longer
shows up.

My Windows Update doesn't show any updates waiting to be installed. The only thing that's changed recently was that I had bought a month of Premium in early August and it might have expired by now, but if that was the problem I have no way to fix it - the
game won't respond enough to buy another month. Can anyone help?

microsoft solitaire collection won't run

Just purchased new laptop with Windows 10. Was able to play games up until now. Now Microsoft Solitaire Collection won't load from Xbox. Please help.

I am having the same problem. same endless circles of dots and no way to sign in although I had signed in previously. It simply stopped working. I WANT MY FREECELL!

Saving Microsoft Solitaire Collection progress between Windows 10 and earlier versions

With the Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud. This means you can sign in on any Windows 10 device and pick up right where you left off. The cloud even saves your progress on challenges and
achievements.

If you're also using a Windows 8 or 8.1 device, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud as well, and you can keep earning achievements and completing challenges between other Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows 10 devices.

Note Any achievements and challenges that you complete on your Windows 10 device will not be available on your Windows 8 or 8.1 devices. The Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection contains new features and challenges that aren't
available in previous versions of the game.

For example, if you play Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your Windows 8.1 device at work and complete all the daily challenges, you’ll find that these challenges are incomplete when you open Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your Windows 10 device at home.
The next day, when you return to your Windows 8.1 device, the challenges from the previous day will show as completed.

Microsoft Casual Games Community support team.

Have you already tried turning off your firewall or any security software currently running on your computer.
Is the code one of these:
- 101_104_1020813, 101_104_1021014, 101_104_1020915,
  124_107_1, 101_107_1 or 101_102_101
