Microsoft Solitaire Collection for Google Android

Hello! I have trouble with Microsoft Solitaire Collection for Google Android. I have an MLS Diamond 5.2 Smartphone and downloaded the app from Google Play Store. Each time I try to play, I receive the Error Message "An error occured while trying to download
data from our servers". If I try to play the same game from a Desktop PC, everything works fine. Can you tell me why does it happen and how can I use the app?

Subscription to Solitaire not showing

Same problem here with the solitaire collection app for android. Google play says i have an active subscription but it definitely isn't showing in the app. How can i contact microsoft support on this? Google support wasn't able to help... they took my money,
though...

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Make sure that you're signed in to the Google Play Store with the same account that you used to purchase the subscription.
Clear the cache and data of the Google Play Store app on your Android device. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear cache and Clear data.
Uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app on your Android device.
Open the app and go to the Settings menu.
Tap on "Restore Purchase" and wait for the process to complete.
