    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Event Time


    I was kicked out of the Event for 4/27/18 in the middle of a challenge and could not get back in until much later. However, the time between when I was kicked out and when I was able to log in again counted against my time in the event. I don't think that
    is very fair! The fact that your system kicked me out, through no fault of mine, penalized me and my time. I would appreciate it if this was fixed!

    Wanted to check in to see if you're still having issues with Solitaire. If so, please try uninstalling the game, restart your PC, and then reinstall to see if there's any change. Let us know if the issue clears up or not after running through those steps.

    Sorry to see any issues with Events crashing Solitaire! Events tend to take up more memory on PCs, and need a solid internet connection to run. Can you post back with the first page's content of a DxDiag, please? This will be a good place to start.

    To get your DxDiag, you will want to hit the Windows Key on your keyboard, and then type 'dxdiag' (without the apostrophes). Hit Enter, and it should bring up a page with several bits of information that will help us out here.
