    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Event states "No upcoming Events. Check again later!"


    I play the Microsoft Solitaire Collection most days. Just finished todays' event. It now states "No upcoming Events. Check again later!" When I click on the box nothing happens. I can't check the leaderboard, my awards, the calendar, nothing. I use a laptop.

    You have not stated how to connect a laptop to a smartphone. How do you do this?

    I didn't saw the "I use laptop" at the end
    My bad

    Now, are you not able to ask to someone else this favor?
    I mean, connect your laptop to a mobile phone with wifi hotspot enabled.

    Or ask to someone to check the Solitaire collection app.
    All this is in order to isolate the problem a bit more

    Already said I am using a laptop. I do not have a mobile phone, so I do not use apps.

    How can I use a different wifi network? I only use the laptop at home as I am disabled.

    I have no idea what VPN means.

    Additional information is needed, please answer the following questions to assist you properly:
    Is this happening on Windows or mobile?
    If its on Windows, can you try downloading the Solitaire collection app in a mobile phone to see if the issue persist? (Or the opposite)

    In the meantime, did you tried using a different wifi network? Or if you're using a VPN software please disable it before trying again

    I understand that several of you are receiving the error "No upcoming Events". This appears to be a known issue with Casual Games and the team has provided a fix. Please view: KNOWN ISSUE – Solitaire Events Not Connecting – Microsoft Casual Games (zendesk.com) for further details on the steps of resolving the issue.

    Note: You will need to update your game client.
