Microsoft Solitaire Collection Error 121003

Everything was fine until 5/14/19 and I could not access the Solitaire application. It kept telling me it could not connect to the internet with error code 121003. Internet was working on other applications but not on Solitaire. I do not want to lose
my data collected over years of playing. I've tried everything possible, but to no avail. Please fix this problem and let me know what I need to do to be able to use this application. Resetting, deleting and reinstalling plus other things I've tried does
NOT work.

Unfortunately no luck, nobody seems to know anything about these error codes 121003 and 124 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Seems to be a cloud issue. The message is no internet connection when the computer is connected.

I read another thread, a user seem to find the answer, I'll let you what he wrote;

"I was able to solve my issue by disabling the IPV6 support on my WRT1900AC (V1) router."

So, I would recommend trying that (disable the IPV6 support on your router). Please tell us if did work.

I have had the same problem since the April 2018 Windows updated a couple days ago. The Solitaire Collection updated last night, but nothing changed. I still get the same 121003 error code! VERY FRUSTRATING!
