Microsoft Solitaire Collection Error 104

Trying to open Solitaire on my Win10 PC I get an error downloading game data (error code 104)

I can open other games (Minesweeper, Sudoku, etc.) with no problem. It seems to be isolated to the Solitaire Collection.

Also, the FAQ web address in the error message is wrong.

I uninstalled your Microsoft Solitaire Collection after trying to figure out what the error 104 meant. You Microsoft could make it so much easier on people who have bought computers with windows, if only when a error comes up it tells you what the error
code means, or Microsoft games is out of service on some not all computers and when it will be fixed. With your technology looks like you could fix this. I did reinstall the Microsoft Solitary Collect after the uninstall and did a restart of my computer,
and still got the "error code 104". Waiting your reply 46xt.

To be clear, I have deleted and reinstalled 3x now... Deleted, restarted computer, and reinstalled. Further, my Ultimate Word Games is fine, so the problem is in Microsoft Solitaire Collection
connecting to Xbox Live. Error code 104.

I finally got Microsoft Solitaire Collection back today. Nothing I did would fix it. I tried this evening and it was back!

I wish the people at Microsoft would just say, "We have a problem and we are working on it." Instead of, "Go to the forum and maybe someone can help you".

I knew the problem had to be on their end. Besides all the things that were suggested, I went to the extreme and reset windows 10 on my computer and then spent a day trying to get it back the way it was. What a waste of time because after all that it still
didn't work.

If your MS Solitaire isn't working yet, I suggest you wait a few days and hopefully, it will be fixed.

Folks, it corrected itself with a Microsoft update with badges, etc. the downside is I lost a lot of my points. Glad to get my solitaire fix back.
