    Microsoft solitaire collection doesn't work


    Hi,

    My solitaire collection doesn't start. When I click on the launcher nothing happens.

    When I right-click on it the only option given to me is "pin to start".

    I've already tried troubleshooter, and to reset the store cache, with no results.

    I've even uninstalled the game (with Powershell, 'cause "uninstall" command doesn't appear) and reinstalled... same result!

    Any idea?

    Pyramid gets stuck loading after Solitaire Collection synchs with cloud data.

    Same problem - was playing pyramid 3 days ago - it froze, crashed the microsoft solitaire collection program. All other games work - no pyramid. Pyramid DOES work on the daily challenges, just not the standalone. WSReset doesn't work. deleting, reinstall
    doesn't work.

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.
