    Microsoft Solitaire Collection doesn't work...


    I can't access any Star Club games. Microsoft Solitaire Collection closes upon start up. All other games appear to be working fine except Star Club. I can't find any answers and have tried all suggestions as mentioned above. Any help with this problem will
    be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Hello Spankster63,

    Have you also tried a refreshed install of the game? If not, please try the following. Uninstall the game and then restart your system by selecting the “Restart” option from the shutdown menu. Once you’re back up and running, press the Windows Key+R and
    type wsreset.exe in the dialog box and press Enter. This will refresh and re-open the Windows Store app and you can reinstall the game.

    Please let us know if you are having the same issues after the refreshed installation. Thanks,

    Pyramid gets stuck loading after Solitaire Collection synchs with cloud data.

    Same problem - was playing pyramid 3 days ago - it froze, crashed the microsoft solitaire collection program. All other games work - no pyramid. Pyramid DOES work on the daily challenges, just not the standalone. WSReset doesn't work. deleting, reinstall
    doesn't work.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.
