    Microsoft Solitaire Collection does not work correctly


    We use Windows 10 since the very first beginning. Since yesterday (1st Oct.) you can start the app and the daily challenges. But if you want to play one of the challenges it seems that the programm will start, but after a few seconds it closes without
    any information and goes back to the desktop. We removed the app totally from the computer and made a new installation. All programms needed are on the latest version. It concerns two computers. One computer had a Windows Update yesterday. Wo has the same
    problem and knows what to do?

    All the other apps to play with XBOX work correctly. It only concerns the Solitaire Collection.

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Why do you allow Phishing advertising on your platform and in your products?

    Was the game that had the advertisement Microsoft Solitaire Collection, or was it just titled Klondike? If the game was just Klondike, then that has nothing to do with Microsoft/Xbox. Only Microsoft Solitaire Collection does. You can also report the game on the Microsoft Store page under Additional Information by selecting Report This Product.
