Microsoft Solitaire Collection Daily Challenge Badges

I had in February's badges the Perfect cup badge because I finished all the February daily Challenges and in the begging of March it disappear.

I need Help Please,

Failure to credit coins after completing a challenge.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection '' Daily Challenge. After attaining the Diamond Badge the game does not credit me with coins after completing further challenges.

Daily Challenges Prize History February is missing

When I'm in Daily Challenges and click on Daily Challenge Prize History, the month of February is missing. Not just the badges and coins...the month isn't listed at all. However, there are going to be two Aprils in 2013 apparently.

If I look at it from the Microsoft Solitaire Collection window, it shows that there is a month of February, but none of the Daily Challenge coins and badges I earned that month are showing. The awards/achievements for Solitaire that I did in February (other
than Daily Challenges) do show up.

I am having the same problem - I have completed every daily challenge since November and on some of the months the 'perfect cup' is there and on others' it's not. Confusing. I set a goal to try to make a full year of 'perfects' but I can't figure out what
is happening - the months all show all green with all games completed - but no cup - go figure.

Well the Daily Challenges and new graphics are working ok it seems but I am talking about medals not badges. The update took away all my medals and reset fastest win times in the solitaire collection.

Hello Joseph, thanks for the feedback, you can try this procedure below.

Go to "Windows Settings" ---> Apps ---> scroll down to "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" click -- Use the 'Advanced Options' link. Scroll to the bottom of that page and select "Reset"

IF you are signed in to "Microsoft Solitaire" and your progress is being saved on 'the cloud' all of your badges etc. should be intact after it resets

I'm playing on my Windows 10 Laptop... When I try to play the Microsoft Mahjong daily challenges, it Pops up the 1170000 error code.. So Cant sign into my Microsoft account on this game...

I also play the Microsoft Solitaire Collection daily challenges, & can sign in with NO problem ..?
