    Microsoft solitaire collection annual subscription asking for renewal after 1mo only?!


    I was given a new laptop in late Nov/early Dec 2016. I paid for an annual subscription of premium on this game in early December and now, 1 mo later, it is wanting to charge me another $9.99 for an annual sub. Is this a known glitch, because with all the
    "unable to download" challenge problems I am having from my mobile anyway... if its not resolved I may not continue playing!

    Solitaire Collection Annual Subscription

    I've had an annual solitaire subscription that expired 11/28/16 and it did not renew automatically even though the payment info on my account is correct. In game purchase of another subscription gives me an error message to uninstall and reinstall from
    the MS app-store to refresh my license. I have done this three different times in the past 3 days to no avail. How do I fix this? Suggestions?

    Operating system is Windows 10 on Dell PC. Automatic update is ON.

    Upgrade to Premium Twice?

    I've been asked to upgrade to Premium version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection. I paid this in January this year. I thought it was an annual payment.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    I cannot get Microsoft Ultimate Word Games to work on my new computer. I get error code 0x803F8001

    I have Windows 10 and I pay an annual fee for Microsoft Solitaire Collection, which contains Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. Shouldn't I be able to use the Ultimate Word Games, since I pay for the Solitaire Collection? I did update everything in my laptop computer. I tried Repair, but have not tried to Reset yet.

    The message I get, when I try to access it is that to Pair a Device I need PIN AVH-200EX685495.
