Discus and support Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Mahjong will not load after latest Windows Updates. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This is the 4th time since April that this has happened.     Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Mahjong will not load after latest Windows Updates.


    This is the 4th time since April that this has happened. Windows updates crash both games. I've tried all the "fixes" I got previously and the games still will not load. Running Windows 8.1 on a 18 month old Samsung Laptop, no viruses or malware detected
    by 4 different virus programs. I have uninstalled and reinstalled games several times. Have chatted with 2 Xbox support techs, and at least 1/2 a dozen Microsoft Techs (one of whom crashed my computer completely and I had to get it fixed). All say problem
    is "complex" and want to charge money for a problem that Microsoft has caused.

    Xbox app on Windows 10 won't launch

    Even after the latest Windows updates and restart the Solitaire Collection won't open.

    I can't play tripeaks game on the microsoft solitaire collection,after the latest windows 10 update,i've already unninstaled the game and reinstall and still nothing

    Windows 8.1

    In looking further into whether all drivers were up to date I found that when I updated to Windows 8.1 the Nvidia Video Driver rolled back to June 2012 I update to the current Driver dated 6/21/2013. the Microsoft Solitaire Collection now loades and runs.
    I also uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Microsoft Solitaire collection from the Store.

    This has been a recurrent problem and usually corrected by a Windows update, Windows fallback or installing the latest version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
