MIcrosoft Solitaire Collection Achievment Counter no longer counting

I have been playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection since the end of December 2016. Occasionally, the achievement counters would stop recording my progress. I would close MSC, logout and close my XBOX app then reset both Apps. This seemed to be a viable workaround;
until it stopped working two days ago. I just had just run updates for both Apps. I attempted my usual workaround but it did not work this time. I reset the XBOX App again and this time uninstalled/reinstalled MSC. The achievement counters are still not recording
my progress. I am unsure if this has any bearing but my Activity Feed in my XBOX App is no longer displaying any activity; just an error that something went wrong. This started at the same time the achievement counters stopped after I updated the App.

can't get supreme edition back

I paid for supreme edition of Microsoft Solitaire Collection, and after restarting my computer I can no longer get it.

since a windows 10 update I can no longer play my Microsoft solitaire collection with out the adds...help please!

Here we are six days later from my original post and over a week since this problem began. Still nothing has changed. My achievement trackers are no longer logging progress in Spider and Free Cell nor the Challenge Badges. Please fix what was broke from
the last update.

I’ve had the same problem. Below are the steps I’ve taken to get achievement counters updating again.

1)
Sign out of XBOX live.

2)
Uninstall Microsoft Solitaire Collections. Don’t worry your current stats are stored in the cloud.

3)
Sign into XBOX Live.

4)
Check your achievement stats.

5)
Execute a tool to cleanup system register errors (deep scan required), privacy issues and junk files. ( I use IObit Advance SystemCare 10 Pro which offers a free version ).

6)
Close XBOX Live.

7)
Install Microsoft Solitaire Collection from Windows Store.

8)
Open Microsoft Solitaire Collection and play a game.

9)
Answering Yes or No to next dialog does not seem to matter. Your PC will sync up local data with cloud data.

10)
Select Themes and download themes available.

11)
Open XBOX Live.

12)
If counter for game selected increments, you are good to go.

13)
At this point, if you play another game you’ll all be able to play Daily Challenges by selecting Show Daily Challenges if not shown.

Note: I have not found a way to sync counts in Microsoft Solitaire Collection Statistics with XBOX Live achievements’ stats.

Just passed February Silver. The yearly counter at the top of the Achievements page displays 2 Bronze, 2 Silver, 1 Gold and 1 Diamond. These are correct counts. However, the achievement counters display 3/12 Bronze, 1/10 Silver and 1/8 Gold. I already received
the Diamond achievement, but the Silver counter seems to have stopped counting.

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
