    I subscribed for 1 year of "no ads" in Microsoft Solitaire Challenges last May 2019 order no. 1266071706 but am now getting ads and being asked to buy a subscription. Please look into this for me.

    Depending on the time of the problem it may have been due to the Xbox Service being down.

    Alternatively you can go through the "Restore Purchases" option to restore your no Ads.

    I am having the same issue but with Microsoft Minesweeper Daily Challenges. I can access the Microsoft Solitaire Daily Challenges.

    The ads are locking up the game.

    Same issue for... Solitaire, Mah-jong, Sudoku. Started happening a few days ago. Ads freeze and don't allow me to play the daily challenges. Getting rid of my surface, and replacing with an android tablet..... tired of Microsoft BS.
