    Microsoft Solitaire ads not working

Every time I try to play either daily challenge or tournament when there is an ad before the game it just shows the loading sign and freezes not allowing me to see the ad and therefore not allowing me to play. I have to keep shutting down the game and try
again over and over again before it will work. It keeps taking more and more tries before it will work. This is extremely frustrating and I'm almost thinking that this glitch is happening on purpose to force me to get the premium non-ad subscription (not going
    to happen!)

    :)

Microsoft Solitaire Games - No Ads not working

Thank you for updating us. As far as signing out and signing back in, I was referring to signing out of whatever app you are using to launch the game as I wasn't sure if you were using the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store app.

I suggest launching the Microsoft Solitaire Collection and select the "Menu" button at the top left of the screen.
Once the "Menu" panel opens up on the left, scroll down to both the "Premium Details" and "Restore Purchases" options. Click the "Restore Purchases" button first to see if that helps. If not, click the "Premium Details" button and let us know what it says.

You can also view this support article here: I have have a subscription, but I'm still seeing ads. – Microsoft Casual Games (zendesk.com)

The link above is a detailed guide that will walk you through how to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing.

The first step asks you to sign in to verify that your "subscription" is still active, and I noticed that you did not refer to a subscription at all. Can you verify that you've purchased a premium subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection or the specific game you are referring to?

If you did purchase "No Ads" for a specific game, can you let us know what game it was?

[Let us know if this answered your question by tapping "Yes" below]

Microsoft Solitaire Games - No Ads not working

    Hey TracyDriscoll,

Thank you for reaching out to us about your issue!

Are you playing this game through the Microsoft Store app or the Xbox app? Have you tried updating whichever app you are using? Can you verify that the game is up to date?

Also, have you tried signing out and signing back in to either app before launching the game?

Microsoft Solitaire Games - No Ads not working

No problem at all. This link will take you to a page that details what is included in the Microsoft Solitare Collection: Microsoft Casual Games

In order to receive no ads when playing, you have to purchase the premium subscription for the entire collection or for whichever game you'd like to not have ads in.

Microsoft Solitaire Games - No Ads not working

Thanks for your prompt response. I hope the following answers to your questions helps.

First of all, please remember that the No Ads DID work for a couple of days before it stopped working.

    • I downloaded my solitaire games through the Microsoft store.
    • According to my profile in the App Settings of the Microsoft Store, my apps are up to date.
    • I'm a little confused about your signing out/back in to "either app" before launching the game. When I launch a game (i.e. Gin Rummy) my id & level show up on the top left corner and my stats are always updated. I'm not prompted to logon.

Microsoft Solitaire Games - No Ads not working

Thanks for clarifying. This is very disappointing since the No Ads offer didn't indicate that!

Which of my games aren't part of the Microsoft Collection? I assume that if I find other versions of those games in the collection they'll be ad free?
