Microsoft sign in problem

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information. Do you get an error message or error code when you sign in to
the Microsoft account website and
Xbox account website with your account? Are you using a recently created Microsoft account? There are some instances in which you need to set up your Xbox profile information before using
your Microsoft account on Minecraft for PlayStation 4. You can associated an Xbox profile to your Microsoft account by logging in to the Xbox account website link that we provided with your account. After you log in to the website, go ahead and try playing
the game again. Be sure to let us know the results !

I have actually had this account for a long while now amd this has never happened before on the ps4 as i was just signed in yesterday, but i got an error message on screen

Hello again, Windows has the option to remove or keep your personal files, however even if you choose the option not to remove I advise you to perform a backup of your personal files in case the system reset fails, or accidentally deletes any data.

Hello Georges, thank you for replying to my question. Yes I have Windows 11 version 21H2. I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox and Microsoft website its just the apps I have trouble signing in to.
