Microsoft Sign In complications

For the past three months, I have been trying to log onto my xbox account on the Xbox Companion App, as well as in the Microsoft Store. It says that my Microsoft account doesn't exist when I type it in, yet It does exist because I am using it right now. I can sign in perfectly fine through a browser, but I can sign in through any microsoft apps. Can someone please help !

Therefore, I will need you to first go on Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft> and check you security information to make sure that everything on your account is up to date.

If the issue persists it would be best to try contacting our support, so that they can check your account from their end Contact us | Xbox Support.

This is a complicated issue. I'm sure Microsoft will do something about it, but for now it seems a lot of people are getting it. I kept getting messages saying there is trouble with signing into my account, even though Wi-fi was fine.

Transfering the licenses is making it more complicated than it is.

Since you have access to both emails just change the email the Xbox account is associated with. Steps are below:

Is there current article however because you made your ms account into an Xbox live account id wait for someone to walk you thru it first because it gets complicated and ms accounts with Xbox one aint my speciality
