Microsoft showing me no love!

Hello all.

Im writing today with frustrations with microsoft and the xbox one. Im not mad that I received a defective console. It happens. Im not even mad that I won't get my console until Friday, Nov 29th after picking up at midnight on Nov 22th. What I'm mad about
is Microsoft made a press release regarding people having to wait for a replacement console to come to them and due to this they are offering a free first party release title. Well what they forgot to mention was that it was only for customers who are having
optical disc errors. Very frustrating since my issue is HDMI isn't shooting out video at all. Just have black screen. So I can't use my console at all while others with the optical drive can use there console other than the optical drive. So because I don't
have the optical drive issue, I don't get the game. I called xbox support and they offered a 1 month free xbox live and I was upset with that. I was explaining to the gentlemen I was talking to that it isn't about the free game. If I was after free stuff I
would have been complaining with the first three people I talked to on Friday. If Microsoft never offered a game, I would have been fine waiting for my console to arrive Friday. My issue is why am I not being to be compensated like the others who can actually
use their console. I feel that I don't have an important enough issue for Microsoft to care and only offer 1 month free live for my trouble. Thats $5 worth for my issue when another person with the optical drive gets $59.99 worth for their trouble. I really
am upset with microsoft about this and wish they just didn't give out anything to begin with. I really don't even know who to contact about this because xbox support just says sorry and thats that! Well here is to waiting for Friday to come to finally play
my xbox one and get nothing for my trouble =(.

I think you are getting a narrow point of view. There are different ways to contact support. If you feel yoou need assistance you can always ask an ambassador, I'm sure someone will be glad to assist you and then you can always escalate your problem directly
to Xbox Support. Here are the ways to contact them:

Yeah we are done with it as well. It' ruined and Microsoft shows no interest in fixing it.

Im sorry but its 100% correct. Did exactly what you suggested several times. The support team is completely useless in this situation. The enforcement team shows absolutely no signs of interest in investigating either sides. There was no infringement on my side but the teams are completely not interested. This shows us that the lack of support and interest just proves my point. If there was atleast one person who showed any interest in the support team this situation would be different. But there is not even a single person on the Microsoft team willing to help.
