    Microsoft Should Support Those Who Take The First Step....


    Hi All,

    I've played games since the Atari 2600, I am a loyal Xbox fan/customer, i buy new consoles as soon as they drop. Now I'm not one to complain, but I really think Microsoft could look after those who support them off the bat. I don't think I should have to
    wait a few months to have games bundles added to consoles. I buy new hardware as soon as it's out, I love my X1S 2Tb, I would rather it now with no games then waiting, I'll be getting Scorpio as soon as it drops... All I am saying is Microsoft Should consider
    looking after those of us who are first in... A little support for loyal customers keeps them coming back.

    When you first turn it on, it will most likely do a system update. Then it should do an initial setup that should take you step by step through the process.

    Microsoft may cave in ultimately, they may not. There are a lot of uniformed gamers or those who simply don't mind being pushed around by corporations, so if you want to take a real step today to show your dissatisfaction with Microsoft, cancel your XBOX
    live auto renew.

    Oh, I am NOT saying that MS should not take those steps AFTER they square it with the innocent user. This is (or should be) first and foremost a customer service issue. Step one should be to determine whether the user's account shows credible signs of
    UA with the steps that I have identified that should take place witin the time it takes for ONE tech support call. If so, restore the account and provisionally return any stolen points and reverse fraudulent charges. Step two is to look deeper into the case
    to catch the culprit or uncover a problem with the user's claim.

    We have to remember here that MSand EA are NOT LOSING ANYTHING TANGIBLE. It is not like they are out an Xbox from their inventory if they guess wrong. These are VIRTUAL items that they can make as many of as they want with a few keystrokes. Our money,
    on the other hand, is VERY real and of finite supply.

    The one who reached out to the german Bethesda support posted the answer at july 9th (LINK).

    As I mentioned in the last thread, why should we the customres take care of it ?

    We have a Microsoft console and purchase in the Microsoft store and we don't really care who is responsible for whatever. !

    If we reach out to the Publishers, we are send from pillar to post and back. Don't You agree that it should be the job of
    Microsoft to take care of the store? And I'm quite sure Your word has much more influence then ours.

    Maybe I'm a little naive to think that it should be the interest from
    Microsoft
    that the shop works right and the right versions are uploaded (from whomever).

    Btw meanwhile many of those german customers who purchased the game from the german store contacted the german telephone support and gave back the game !

    Reaction time is a big factor in core too; it's just not the only factor (as it is in Hardcore).
