    Microsoft should improve their Xbox One Controllers via quality


    To Microsoft and/or Xbox Support,

    This company should fix and improve their original xbox one controllers (both black and white colors, by default) for a better experience. Every time I use each controller I buy, within weeks the right controller barely moves to the right properly and the
    right bumper gets jammed and stuck in is compartment where you press the button.

    Please fix this as soon as possible, otherwise I will be going to the soon-to-be PS5 and catch up on the Nathan Drake series I have been interested in for years, while playing Halo. Thank you.

    In my opinion they are of good quality I have 4 years with my xbox and I continue using the control that came included (I have no other) and it works perfect maybe you should be more careful with your controls is not too clean the control periodically

    I have to ultimately agree with you on this. I've had 3 Xbox one controllers so far and I would've had more but I took them apart and fixed them. When they broke again I just used the parts of my other ones. I didn't have the warranty on the controllers
    and I didn't wanna have to wait by sending them in. My biggest problems with the controller is the LB, RB, LT and RT break or mess up way to easily. I've had my LB and RB's pop out of place and MY LT and RT's just start to squeak or just all squishy on me.
    Also the analog sticks tend to break easily.

    Iv droped mine probably over 30 times and taken it apart striped screws still works great but moving forward with the new console it would be cool to see a new and improved controller more towards the elite one.

    I have only ever had one problem with a controller, that was my 360 controller that just wore out with use and both sticks drifted.

    My Xbox one controllers have never had an issue and I'm a heavy gamer, my controller that came with my console is still going strong after 4 years.
