Microsoft service sucks.

I called the 1 800, Xbox number for help and this happen. I talked to 9 games specialist. 3 manager slash supervisor. About a question. And none of them could answer. And when they couldn't figure it out, they lied hung up on me were really mean did nothing
to me but made the problem SO I COULD NOT TAKE ANYMORE AND I JUST WANTED THE corporate number THINKING I COULD GET IT FIGURED out withTHEM BUT MICROSOFT IS BAD NO MATTER WHAT CORPORATE NUMBER they give and i had 5 different ones from talking to all the workers
it kept bringing back to the 1 800, Xbox. What's up? I did the research myself that took me 2 hours of my time Not counting the 5 or 6 hours. I was on the phone with Microsoft to figure out the question that I asked 9 game specialist and 3, manager slash supervisor
that could not do it and out of the 12 workers not one said I look into and to help you figure it out not going to help anymore I had to answered my own question that was Microsoft JOB to answer that why THEY called SUPPORT to help fix the problem but after
what I went through alot THAT i did not post on here cause I'm tired of wasting anymore of mine time on this and really thinking about taking to another level 'cause I ask them. Every time are they really recording every conversation And they told me yes,
so I know. They have it on tape. And they have my phone number and stopped answering the phone so I had a call from another phone so they would answer. CAUSE I'm SURE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN BY THE WAY THEY WERE ACTING AND TALKING
TO ME I'm not sure if Microsoft will see this are not YOU CAN'T GET A EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND TO microsoft I Could NOT FIND ONE AND THE WORKERS SAID THERE WAS NOT ONE They put me through hell. They lie to me. They put me on hold and told me they were transfer
me. They never did I was on hold over an hour and figured out they were not transferrin me i hung up. I cannot believe a company as big as Microsoft is if you have a problem the highest person you can talk to IS ONLY A SUPERVISOR ARE A MANAGER AND YOU GOT
WAIT TO 30 MINUTES ARE more TO talk to them are they there busy can they call you back and twice they never called back

Cannot even login to my account or any on my console offline.

Microsoft sucks. Need to be compensated for this issue. I pay for a service and it should work.

Yes, I reported myself so maybe you would get back to me and we can handle this issue. I can't get nowhere on the phone. I need someone hired and a manager or supervisor.
