Microsoft service order and repair service

I created a service order for my elite controller series 2 to be repaired because it was not working properly. My warranty ended 5/25 but I started a service order and printed the shipping label and dropped it off at the UPS facility. That was 5 days ago,
and my warranty has ended now. Will this affect anything? also I have not gotten confirmation that it has arrived at the Microsoft facility, how long does this usually take? Any help is appreciated!

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing some concern over a controller you sent in for replacement. If your warranty expired after the replacement order was created you should experience no issue and receive a new controller with a warranty

Just give them time during this pandemonic time. Just be patient and maybe try contacting them

You'll have to contact support for that. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
