Microsoft service/ my Xbox problem

I’ve had fallout 4 on my Xbox for about 2 years now and I’ve been able to play it the entire time it’s a hard copy I got for Christmas a couple years back, but now it tells me I don’t own the disk when I put it into my Xbox, and when I called Microsoft about
this issue to see the problem I waited 85 or more minutes to speak to someone, followed by 15 minutes of figuring things out, and then promptly he says “what I’m gonna do is” and he hung up honestly fed up with it right now.

WTF is This?

So I want to download The Witcher 2 for Xbox 360 as part of Games with Gold, but it won't even let me access the game page because it keeps saying that there's a problem with the Xbox Live service, but yet when I go to another game it doesn't have that problem. Is anybody else having that same problem as I am, will Microsoft ever fix this?

I tried buying some Microsoft points on my Xbox and i got this message: "Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Status code: 838200DE." why cant i buy Microsoft points?

Try using screen cleaner and cleaning the disk. Even though it may or may not have scratches or smudges it could still have very small ones on it.

Thank you for reaching out. The password for one's mocrosoft account and xbox are the same.

I don't want to change my microsoft password as it's also neede for other services like skype.

And the problem is not with my microsoft password. I have logged on and added the payment option to my microsoft profile.

The problem is that the card details do not appear on my xbox, so it's a glitch on microsoft's end. As is the fact that a correct password is not accepted on xbox. And an even bigger problem is that the microsoft muppets do not offer telephone support for this problem.

It seems a bit odd that some are still having problems with certain games not long after a Microsoft 365 cloud services authentication problem that was causing problems with some of their services incuding Xbox Live.

I don't want to jinx myself but I couldn't play any games at all on Sunday the 16th and I put it down to that Microsoft 365 cloud service problem and I haven't any problems with Forza Horizon 4 or any other of my games since the 16th.

I'm getting "There is a problem with your connection", I choose "more info" and it says "Internet Error". If your PC on the same network can browse the web goto internet-help. The XBOX Live service alert site says there is a problem with The XBOX Live site
"Limited Services". My question to Microsoft is why are you giving people instructions on the Xbox platforms to troubleshoot their modems and routers? "unplug the power from your router or modem for 30 seconds.." When Microsoft already knows according to their
service alert that there is a glitch in their service platforms. I'm angry
