Microsoft sent me a Elite controller with nothing else

So in the first week of March I purchased my first Elite Series 2 Controller. Within two weeks it progressively acted as if I was pushing UP on the D-pad constantly. So I figured "Okay, np, I've heard of some initial defects, I'll return it for a new one".
And all of that happened nearly-flawlessly, with the exception of it never appearing as a registered device on any browser/app/anything to anyone other than the delightful rep I spoke on the phone with. So I sent it in, as instructed with the ENTIRE case,
all the accessories ect

It arrived today. In a single lining of bubble wrap and LITERALLY nothing else. No cables, no paddles, NOTHING. Just a controller and a single lining of bubble wrap.

Now, I can't contact anyone, there is apparently NO PHONE SERVICE for my problem and as there isn't anything like my problem anywhere on the site, I can't be helped.

So my question is this.....What am I to do now? I saved up for this for a very long time and am beyond frustrated

Hello Hero,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a repair. When a repair is done either for console or controller only the core item is sent in. No accessories, cords etc. You will need to request a call from support and speak with them
on this issue. As they may be able to track the other items.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

If you're not seeing the options for phone or chat support, change your cateogory/topic until you do. "I don't recognize a charge" will usually have those options.

Nothing, they will not do anything. you have luck because i got a bad controller, with the rubber scratch i they say nothing. So good luck on that quest.
