Microsoft sells Defective/DUD consoles.

In short, I bought an Xbox One X 4 months ago WITHOUT PURCHASING A WARRANTY. The console crashes NONSTOP. AND KEEP IN MIND THAT I BOUGHT THE CONSOLE NEW! BRAND NEW! Never been horribly lied to in my entire life, "most powerful console" my ass.. Everyone
is telling me that I bought a "defective/dud" console and that I need to return it and MICROSOFT is going to send me a "certified" XB1X. WTF?!, "CERTIFIED"? IT SHOULD COME CERTIFIED ON ALL "NEW" XBOX ONE X CONSOLES AND OTHER CONSOLES ON THE SHELF. Now I'm
stuck here, 400 dollars out of my ass thanks to Microsoft and there "powerful" console. I CAN'T return it because I was to cheap to buy a warranty, I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE BEST BUY GUY WHO WAS SELLING IT TO ME! The BestBuy employee literally told me
about these consoles having reach the maximum returns out of all consoles. I honestly don't know what to do now. I HAVE TRIED EVERY EFFIN' THING THESE "CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER SCIENTISTS" TOLD ME TO DO. Well wtf do I do now? Can I return it? no? well thanks

Hello. I was wondering if I could get a slightly factory damaged Xbox one.(that you weren't selling)

There was some fake video on Youtube the said if you post here they'll give you a damaged console.

Ok so now that this console is out of warranty I must pay for someone elses mistake?? I do not think that this is fair on Microsoft's part as I cannot pay for something I did not break! I will never again purchase an xbox one or
recommend anyone buy one , as Microsoft sells you defective products only to replace it with another defective one, which is meant to last until the warranty expires! Microsoft has done an unfair and an unjust thing and I am NOT happy or pleased!

Also.bestbuy only interest is to sell you a replacement warranty

Xbox gives you this at no extra cost you just need to call support like every other person
