Microsoft selling Brand Xbox one units to Walmart

"FRAUD ALERT" WITH WALMART STORE AND MICROSOFT" !!!! told me to return my I thought because I bought it brand new to Walmart. But in fact they must be selling refurbished units and Walmart is selling them at full price. I had a talk with Microsoft extensively
about my Xbox one problem I am having and they are refusing to do anything about making things right as I believe Microsoft is committing FRAUD . I. Mean isn't this fraud what Microsoft is doing and what is Walmart selling new console units as being new also.
They should also be held responsible for this also. Is there any one out there that has had this happen to them . Would love to hear your comments about this SCAM AND ... I think I need a LAWYER FOR A SUE CASE .

i have to leave my comment , 100% true. Xbox one I guess is selling refurbished ones to Walmart, because I bought a brand new one there and they wouldn't return it because I didn't have the box and the Microsoft told me to that it was bought as brand new
but unfortunately it in fact was. Refurbished unit. So a representative sent me to Walmart store and told me to that they wanted to talk to the manager on my cell phone I might add, To exchange my unit with a brand new unit. Well guess what Microsoft talked
to manager and said that they would not.i called Microsoft back and still nothing has been resolved. Can you help me on what to do. I mean isn't this fraud . From Microsoft and Walmart selling brand new units at new price and they Microsoft in fact told me
because they checked my serial number and told me it was in fact refurbished unit . I bought m unit at the Walmart store in Gettysburg,pa.

I was told Microsoft is currently in a delay state and they do not have enough units to get to everyone. but her, read this. I'm sure it will make you feel better. *sarcasm* (I'm just as pissed as you are)

I tried edit this post but on previous comment I had posted i cannot so I have to leave more on this comment of mine. I just wanted people to know also that I had in fact talked to head supervisor i guess he was at Xbox one and they
talked to the Walmart store manager to exchange this console of mine because they were the ones that told me in fact that the console's serial number was in fact a refurbished console sold in fact as me paying full price value , that's why they sent me there.
And Walmart said to the Xbox one representative that they would not. And on top of it the Xbox one rep. . Talked to the store manager off of my cell phone, trying to get this exchange this Xbox one for a brand new one because of it having problems. And when
i registered it it with Microsoft Xbox one because I bought the Xbox one live gold package. MICROSOFT XBOX ONE TOLD ME THAT THIS CONSOLE UNIT THAT IT WAS SOLD TO ME AS BRAND NEW UNIT AT FULL VALUE PRICE INSTEAD OF BEING LET KNOW TO ME IT WAS REFURBISHED. SO
I ASK WHO IS TO BLAME AND WHO IS DELIBERATELY COMMITTED FRAUD HERE , MICROSOFT ONE XBOX ONE OR WALMART.. I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THIS XBOX ONE CONSOLE IF I THOUGHT IT WAS REFURBISHED. I WAS MISLED BY MICROSOFT XBOX ONE AND WALMART. SO I just wanted to
let other consumers to be aware if this has happened to anyone else there. Thanks for reading and would love your comments.
