    Microsoft says it is already downloaded and cant find the game


    My computer crashed and I reformatted it but when downloaded Solitaire back on had to remove it twice cause of errors. Now I updated windows and all my Microsoft games are working but I cant find the solitaire game or any icon and it says it is already downloaded.
    Please help

    Hi i have same problem but i cant find it anywhere ? Not in my game store and i cant find it on xbox but here i can so what is this Microsoft says it is already downloaded and cant find the game o_O and i have downloaded it but nothing and it says already downloaded so i cant try again and i cant delete it lol it is
    just gone away (sorry for bad english)

    Look in the ready to install section of the my games and app tab.
