Microsoft rewards

I bought Xbox Live from microsoft rewards but didn't realize that the code was sent to my primary accounts email which I do not have access to because my uncle made it for me and forgot to tell me the password, (He also does not remember it an we can't change
the password either) what do I do? Can i get my points back or can I be given the xbox live through so some proof? Please help.
