    Yesterday, I redeemed a $10 Xbox gift card from the Rewards program. After a couple of hours, I checked back and saw that the status said in progress, so I decided to check again tomorrow. When I checked it again the next day it said in progress, but it
    has been more than 24 hours. I did not get a confirmation email nor did the balance on my account updated with the new $10. Is there a way if you could resend the $10 or if I could at least get a refund in points.
