    Microsoft Rewards


    Xbox Live Rewards is switching to Microsoft Rewards. My Microsoft Rewards account was suspended without reason a year or two ago. I have been a loyal Microsoft customer for 20 plus years, and would like to not lose my Xbox Live Rewards. I was even a Zune
    supporter. My Microsoft Rewards was suspended when I had a Windows Phone. I have since switched to Android. I may have made a lot of strange Bing searches, but I promise they we're all legit. Please help.

    MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

    From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
    convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.
