microsoft rewards

I redeemed 6800 points for 1 free month of xbox live on 9/5/2018 and I never received my e-mail with the code. I have done this many times before and never had any problems. where did my 6800 points go and why did I not get the code?

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

 

You may want to check and see if it got redeemed directly to your account. I just redeemed points for an Xbox Gift Card, and the notice stated it would be added to my account in 24 hours. So I'd check and see if you have that Gold subscription active.

Check up on your membership status. When redeeming Microsoft rewards for points or memberships they may be directly applied to your account. No code needed So check to see if it is extended.

Yea, they changed it from an email to your reward being automatically added to your account after the switch to Microsoft Rewards.
