microsoft rewards

I got 12 months with my points that was 29000 in the rewards. it did not apply to my account and xbox support say that the order code I have is invalid how do I fix this or get my points back.

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

 

It's probably best to contact Microsoft rewards support, so they can help fix the issue
