Ok, so i brought the digital version of minecraft, & on your rewards app 4 the xbox one, it shows i can recive 2000 points if i buy the game, problem is, i already have it., so how do i recive the 2000 points for a game i already purchased.

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

 

You can try contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support but generally if you bought the game before the offer began,
it is not eligible.
