farcry 5 but to earn 6k points, I own it on the digital version, will not let me receive points, fortnite download and play 5 points, will not allow me to receive those 5 points, also world cup check it out to ear 5 points have spent 10 minutes going through
world cup things and have not been able to claim those points.

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer

You'll want to try contacting them again. Microsoft Rewards support does not use the forums. If you contact support via phone or chat, that is not Microsoft Rewards support. Their support is only available through email.
