Microsoft Rewards

I have bought State of Decay 2 and Far cry 5, but now going on the Microsoft Rewards, one task is to buy those games and receive a total of 9000 points. Can I still get these points, even though I have already bought them?

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will
convert to one Microsoft Rewards point".

 

When exactly did you buy the game? If it was on release then no you cant not. If it was recently it like within the last day it might just taken a bit to kick into the system.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support. Generally in order to qualify, the games have to be purchased during the offer period. Anything purchased before would not be eligible.

 

And all they will tell you is to post in the forums open the issue and HOPE someone will see it and acknowledge it. There are SEVERAL posts with people talking about the EXACT same issue of contacting Support.
