    Microsoft Rewards?


    Hi I've been a loyal Xbox customer for almost a decade now and I love the system of Xbox Live Rewards as it has been, allowing people to get rewarded for playing free games, for increasing their gamerscore, for purchasing episodes of TV shows, etc. I was
    wondering if we would still have the different Xbox Live Achievements tears and if we would still get rewarded for increasing our lists of achievements. I have recently started my pursuit of getting the next tear and wanted to know if there was still a point?

    What is wrong with my maths?


    0.85p per point
    440 x 0.85 = £3.74 (I seem to be overpaying for everything I buy compared to what is quoted!!!!!)

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.
