    Microsoft Rewards Xbox App unavailable when added to home screen


    I have an issue with the Microsoft rewards app on Xbox that seems to be Microsoft account specific.

    For example, when I attempt to add the Microsoft Rewards App to the home screen on Xbox, it is successful. However when I view the Microsoft Rewards App on my home screen I get the following error message:

    We can't get this content at the moment. Sorry about that. Try again in a while.

    Observing these steps performed with a different Microsoft account profile using the same Xbox console under the same conditions, returns the expected tiles with no error.

    Furthermore, I have tested this on the following Xbox consoles:
    Xbox One
    Xbox Series S
    Xbox Series X

    I can confirm that the same error message still occurs only against my Microsoft account.

    In all instances, the latest version at this time of writing (1.2.13.70) of the Microsoft Rewards App on Xbox is used

    For each console, I have removed and re-added my account, restarted each console, removed and re-installed the Microsoft Rewards App.

    I have also factory reset the Series X console using the remove all apps option.

    The issue still remains.

    Has anyone seen this before and found a way to resolve this?

    I, too, have the same issue. Microsoft Rewards app hanging on the start-up splash screen. Then error message "Oops, looks like something went wrong" Service Unavailable. Tried two separate xbox. One X and Series X. One enrolled for insiders. One not. Both have the same error.
