Microsoft rewards Xbox app not showing completed tasks.

On Microsoft Rewards App they have a section called Xbox Game Pass Punch Card. It has 5 "challenges" for you to do and then you get 5000 rewards points. I completed the first one which was activate punch card. The next was complete 1 achievement from one
of the games listed. I completed the achievement "Ret-2-go" on the game Shantae: Half-Genie Hero. I did that about 3 days ago and the rewards app still doesn't show I completed that challenge. So I did 2 more achievements on that game and still nothing.
So I went to the next challenge. Get one achievement on For a Horizon 4. I did that 2 days ago as well still not showing a completed challenge on the Rewards App. I called Xbox and got passed around 3 times. No one can explain if I'm doing it wrong or if
I have to wait longer or what. The challenges end on the 30th and I would like to get those 5000 rewards points. Any suggestion?

Xbox live rewards

Greetings fellow gamers! I have a question regarding the frankenfurt monster missions (3 tasks to complete in order to get the rewards). Im worried i might have done the tasks in the wrong order. What i did was buying one game at step one, then jumping to
task 3 without fully completing task 1. I got the 5 achievements but then i noticed it wont show as completed. So i bought another game to fully complete task 1, but task 3 still wont show as completed. So im wondering if i need to do 5 achivements again to
unlock this task? And another thing. Now as october is almost over, will the tasks unlock in time (i see there’s some waiting time for it to be registered) or does it not matter?

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist. I believe with this specific issue regarding challenges from being completed or claimed you will have to wait up to 48 hours for them to unlock. What I recommend doing is making sure you're connected to the
internet when completing these achievements. As well you could also try
performing a power cycle on the console and Removing your profile from the Xbox One console and re-add it. I hope the information I provided helps, please let us know how it goes.

I will respond to you first, and then I will respond to LastArsonist.

I spoke with a member of Microsoft Support today about this same punch card, and your achievements are being saved to the cloud, and the support member confirmed they are manually verifying that the achievements are being completed, which would explain the
delay of several days statement at the bottom of the punch card. They referred me to the forum and Microsoft Rewards Support, although I'm unsure how the forum moderators would be able to control this verification process lol.

For my personal situation, I found that by completing achievements across multiple games mentioned in the second gate, it was able to unlock and I could proceed to the Forza Horizon 4 gate, (where I am stuck now).

My understanding is that you have to complete the earlier gates before the next one is available to unlock.

So far no one has given me a satisfactory explanation on the exact steps to ensure the achievements will be verified in time. I'm planning on getting Microsoft Rewards Support to escalate this because I have unlocked 17 achievements in Forza Horizon 4 across
4 days and it still isn't showing as completed.

Back to you Paul, and your specific recommendations, I was connected to the internet at all times during these achievement unlocks. I unplug my console whenever it isn't in use, (so nightly in my case), and I don't think removing the profile and readding
will fix this particular issue. So we can eliminate most of these troubleshooting ideas (except the last one, I can't comment on its efficacy.)

I would ignore the parts about missing reward redemption and describe your situation in the last box on the form.

You will need to be patient, I average about 10 hours before initial response from Support, then I have to follow up 24-48 hours later if I don't get a response from them after first contact.

I hope this is helpful, I'll update this post whenever I get final results from Support. I will say this, while it can take a while for them to respond, they end up being very helpful. I don't think there has ever been a time where I thought an interaction
was a waste of time.
