    Hi xbox community,

    A few days ago my microsoft rewards account was suspended and at first, I didn't know that what I was doing was wrong. I had made about 2 other accounts. I'm going to come clean and say that it was my fault for getting suspended and i went through the terms
    and conditions very carefully. I even noted down all of the rules, and sent it to everyone i know that uses rewards so they don't have their accounts suspended.

    I really need help to get this account back, I had earned about 500 points from using the 'multiple account glitch'. i was going to redeem a gift card to buy a skin pack, and like just seeing the message saying, Uh oh, it appears as though your microsoft
    rewards account has been suspended, it legit feel really bad and i swear that I would never do any of these glitches again, and earn points without cheating.

    So please if someone could help get my account back, it would take a massive weight off my shoulders.

    Same here. Bing rewards account got locked in "under review" or something forever and then got rolled into Microsoft rewards and is now suspended. I don't really care about the points so much as I don't want my xbox account to get
    suspended for some goofy reason.
