Microsoft Rewards Support link not working

    Microsoft Rewards Support link not working


    So the contact support link on the rewards page just throws up an error message - sorry, something went wrong at our end.

    Trying to use the main support contact us link just cyclicly refers you between the broken Reward support link, then the virtual agent and round and round.

    No real person online chat, phone call and can't raise a support ticket.

    I'm using my Xbox One (and the Edge and Rewards apps on it) and I'm being sent in a recurring unhelpful circle.

    How else can I contact Support?

    It doesn't work clicking that link that leads to Microsoft rewards support it just takes you to the Microsoft support page not support for the rewards. Then you have a hundred options

    If that does not work, log into your daily rewards page, scroll to the bottom, and click Contact Rewards Support.

    Contacting them at https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ through the Contact Microsoft Rewards Support link at the bottom worked for me too. They responded tonight and manually added the 18,000 points to my account.
