Microsoft Rewards Support are not very supportive

[Mod Removed-Personal Info/Case number]

I contact microsoft rrewards support 17 days ago as im unable to complete the rewards punch card i have completed all the goals but they will not unlock. Rewards support have asked my to take screen shots of my tv screen with cell phone on each achivement
to prove i have completed them and a pic of the punch card its self.

I kept getting replies from reward support giving me random excuses they told me it takes 48 hours for each part to complete, they told me send pics, the last message was 5 days ago saying its been resolved and the closed the ticket even though its
still not been resolved.but its not!

Im unsure what to do now i can not find the complaints part of xbox i been with xbox for 15 years and this is how microsoft support treat me

I was just wondering if anyone else has not been receiving rewards for VIP? I also don't get to exchange my Microsoft points for cash, no prizes received, and I am told to go buy weird games I don't want or DLC I don't need for points that I deserve for
actually playing your console. I bought a 360 when it first came out, same with the One and the One S, Microsoft.... you're telling me that your gaming community is only with that little to you? With as much money as I've wasted on content I should be receiving
a new Xbox one X this year. I hate the lack of support, and response from you guys, you would be making a mistake to not start taking care of your loyal gamer customers.

 

Hi! Did you read the last few emails you received? When they stated the ticket is closed, there should be a link inside where you can tell them it's not solved and reply again, which you should do in this case.
