Microsoft Rewards site broken?

    Microsoft Rewards site broken?


    Is there a known issue with the Microsoft Rewards site? For the last two days I haven't been able to complete any daily sets, I do them but don't get rewarded or see a completion checkmark after doing them. Even my daily searches aren't being rewarded
    unless I do it through the Bing console app but those searches aren't tracking on the Microsoft Rewards console app. If the issue persists through the next 6 days I'll lose my 58 week streak on the Microsoft Rewards console app because one of the weekly quests
    is 50 Bing searches but it isn't trackng any of my searches.

    Your rewards site is broken

    If you haven't already, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser. If that still hasn't fixed it, you'll want to post in the support section of the forum so they can take a look into it.

    Since you are not a Rewards member, you cannot log in to the Rewards website. As the informative site states, since we are transitioning into Microsoft Rewards, the Xbox Live Rewards site is no longer accepting new members.
